MNS for rest of the world it means "Maharashtra Navnirman Sena", For people working in Capgemini it means "Mark and Spencer" project, but to us it was initials of "Mariyam, Niranchala and Smriti"....this blog is for two of my loved colleagues without whom I guess life@Capgemini would be incomplete.
1 st Event: I still remember the day when I entered the Dot Net training room, just frustrated because none of my college mates who were selected in the same company got Dot Net for training and being the lonely soul just out of the college meant being among the crowd of unknowns. I saw Niranchala, a typical South Indian girl long oily hairs tied in plates, with neatly dressed salwaar kameez, specs which showed the trademark of a studious student, a casual hi hello and end of the story.
Mariyam was among the first benchers that day and then as days turned into months we found we were just batch mates as we all were in same class but shared different groups.
2nd Event: As luck favoured all of us, we completed our Dot Net training and came to know that we would be working in SIEBEL CRM,quite exciting as I was not that fond of Dot Net, eventually out of the entire batch three of us landed in the same project on the same day.SIEBEL was the technology that bought us together.
3rd Event: Days went by and learning SIEBEL together became a fun activity. We were so involved that Capgemini office became a home for us and learning SIEBEL was the only aim in life. Days became months and soon we realised that the frequency of thoughts that we three share were amazing, no words just facial expression or even messages sent through chats made us realise the mood of the person.
I can go on and on with the events after that but I guess I would keep the events for the later blogs but the bond that was made by SIEBEL bought three of us so close and personal that even distance could do no harm.We are energy boosters of each other, when one goes down other two cheer her up and the loss of one is felt by others.
I guess there is always an soul connection that is present with the people we are closest to, the same exists here. This one dedicated to both of you dear. Thanks for being pillars in my life@Cap. Life would take us everywhere but the bond that is between us would hold us together wherever we go in this world.Cheers to MNS!!
